A Great Sunday at the PNSC long course sprint race . We are extremely proud of all our swimmers who competed today with everyone achieving PBs in almost all events.
Also a thank you to coaches ,Ben Jacob & Zoe who went ivermectin with the squad .

A massive congratulations to Matthew and Imogen for their success in Reading over the weekend.

Imogen won medals in both her events, silver in 50m butterfly and bronze in the 50m freestyle, both in personal best times.

Matthew swam in the same events and won silver in the 50m freestyle and bronze in the 50m butterfly.

Well done!!

A big thank you to Wightlink Isle of Wight Ferries for their continued support, enabling these mainland competitions possible for our swimmers.
