Beware disrepair claims companies!
We’ve heard from several of our tenants, that they are being approached by companies claiming they can get them compensation for a disrepair claim, offering a ‘no win, no fee’ service. These companies are not connected to us. Please get advice from a trusted company, like Citizens Advice Denbighshire first.

If you do have an issue with an outstanding repair with us, please:
1. Let us know by calling us on 01824 706000 or email [email protected]
2. If you are unhappy with how we are dealing with it, please use our complaints procedure and we will look into it.
3. If you are still not happy, please contact the Ombudsman for Wales, who can award compensation and there will be no cost for any of this.
