All of the council's 42 councillors have a £3,000 funding pot to support grassroots community organisations and projects in their ward - a total of £126,000 funding across the borough.

Rugby’s Heritage Open Days run from 11 to 20 September, with a range of historic and iconic buildings opening to the public to offer a rare chance to peek behind the scenes.

Highlights include:
- Cemex plant tour
- Tour St. Andrew’s Church Tower and its stained-glass windows
