❗️Local Swing to Labour Accelerates❗️
- Government shambles sends voters home

A month ago I posted regarding the huge swing back to Labour.

Can anyone honestly say the Government have upped their game since then?

I don’t think so.

So it’s no surprise that the local move back to Labour has increased even further.

Here’s the link if you’d like to have a look:

https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/fcgi-bin/seatdetails.py?seat=Rother+Valley

Of course, it’s no good just sitting back, waiting for the election, and watching Boris Johnson run the country into the ground.

We are continuing to fight for Rother Valley, expect to see plenty more Government U-turns.

Why indeed

Why indeed

🚨Time to Speak Up for Rother Valley🚨
- 80% think Boris Lied
- 3/4 want to see Boris gone

Even among Tory voters, 80% don't have a favourable opinion of Boris.

And yet, our MP continues his silent support for Boris.

So, if our MP isn't representing the public.

And, if our MP isn't representing the people who voted for him.

Then our MP has thrown literally EVERY group under the bus and is now just looking out for his own career prospects.

Time to speak up Alexander Stafford!

Liars do not deserve to run this country!

Shocking that Stafford can claim this when this seems to be an issue with all parties and also questions over his posts 😳

🚨 Families Struggle, They Keep Laughing 🚨
- No to Emergency VAT cut
- Yes to Record profits for Oil & Gas companies

Labour plan to reduce household energy bills by up to £400 blocked as Tories seek to protect corporate profits.

Oil & gas producers are set to make record profits as working families choose between heating and eating.

Today Labour forced an emergency vote on a windfall tax on energy producers, using some of their record profits to help working families get through the winter.

Oh no, the Tories, including our local MP, stepped in and blocked the proposal in parliament to secure the profits of oil and gas giants.

Who cares about local families freezing? Not the Tories!

Even Maggie Thatcher, not known for her caring side, saw a need to place a windfall tax on oil & gas companies. She raised billions with such a tax in 1982 during a spike in energy prices.

So why is this government and our MP voting against it?

No MP who cares about their constituents would vote like this

No government who cares about working families would vote like this

We need change!

🌹As families across Rotherham face rising energy bills while the Tories sit on their hands, Labour has set out our alternative that would save bill payers up to £600 a year: https://labour.org.uk/press/labour-slams-decade-of-failure-on-british-energy-with-plan-to-save-families-200-to-ease-immediate-crisis-costs/

❗️Latest Info - Greater local move to Labour❗️
- Rother Valley residents call for change

One of my favourite sites is the spookily accurate electoral calculus.

Over the past few months it’s been showing a steady but consistent swing back towards Labour in Rother Valley.

The sewage, corruption and party scandals seem to have accelerated the move back to Labour over the past 6 weeks.

Can you blame people for wanting change?

Great win for labour over night, we are starting to make ground back.

Great to have Robert Taylor elected to the council yesterday at the Aughton and Swallownest by-election.

It was a terrible night for the Tories as they lost both seats that they’d only held since May.

Louisa Barker Green Party 59

🚨DON'T LET ANOTHER LAZY TORY SLIP IN🚨
- You MUST vote on Thursday to avoid let down
- Don't risk another re-run, USE YOUR VOTE!

Vote for a better ANSTON!

What did snazzy Tory PR or their super rich donors ever do for Anston?

About the same as your last Tory councillor. Zero!

Anston deserves a councillor who will stand firm when work needs to be done, not shirk their responsibilities, pocket the cash and then be told to quit.

The Tories let you down, FACT.

Vote for change this Thursday, don't stay at home and risk repeating this whole thing again in a few months time.

Vote for Simon Tweed, your Labour candidate.
