Well the Choose Kindness trophy is coming very close to the end of its travels for this year and what a fantastic group we've handed it over too today ..chosen by Margrete Harper ❤️..the Rossington community repair workshop!..wow what a team! their passion and inspiration blew us away today !.. thank you so much for the time you give to fix things for the Rossington community...honestly and truly your kindness shone through today well deserved all of you ! 👏🏼 ...well done from all the team🥰

While out in Rossington, I was actively searching for case work. Regrettably, I encountered instances of fly-tipping and litter scattered throughout the village. This has now been reported.

Well done to the Cast Doncaster and all the cast members of Waiting In The Wings who put on an amazing performance Saturday night. As a added bonus it was also good to see one of our own residents performance in the play.
I was invited along with fellow Ward members across Doncaster along with our Junior Civic Mayor Eliana’s Journey - Junior Civic Mayor & Beyond.
The performance took us back over the 250 years of theatre performance in Doncaster. It was not only entertaining but informative. Afterwards was a Q&A with cast members and Sally Jameson MP for Doncaster Central.

Myself and fellow Ward councillors were busy again today with meetings and casework . It was also the monthly councillors surgery tonight at the Ragusa centre . We met with residents and picked up some work and signposted them to specialist services which will be able to support them further.

City of Doncaster Council has received funding from the UK Government to administer the funding which aims to support low-income households who encounter a sudden, unexpected expense or financial shock, or an unexpected drop in income, or are at risk of entering crisis - a situation where immediate help is required to prevent harm or serious negative outcomes.

Crisis payments are intended to meet one-off or short-term needs and cannot be used as an alternative source of regular income.
