We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Part-Time and Bank Care Staff to join our growing team.

✅ Approximately 16 hours per week
✅ Up to £14 per hour
✅ Flexible bank shifts available
✅ Full UK driving licence essential

Typical shift pattern includes:
🕖 Early starts from 7:00am
🌙 Two evening shifts per week
📅 Weekend availability required

Today marks one incredible year of Wye Care 💙

A year ago today, we carried out our very first client assessments and what a journey it has been since. From those first steps to where we are now, we are so proud of everything we’ve built from the ground up.

This past year has been filled with growth, learning, challenges, and so many rewarding moments. Most importantly, it has been about the people our amazing clients, their families, and our dedicated team who make Wye Care what it is every single day.

We’d love to introduce you to Jen, one of our wonderful Care Assistants here at Wye Care 💙

Jen joined us a little while ago, and we have been incredibly impressed with her caring abilities, compassion, and the way she supports those she looks after. She delivers care with kindness, respect, and a truly personal touch.

Outside of work, Jen is a proud mum to three daughters and has a lovely family dog! She also enjoys travelling and making special memories with her partner 💙
