Something exciting happened today, great thanks to Black Mountain Clothing & Workwear thanks also go to Pixel & Glitch for work on the open box logo and a fellow local designer for the walk and talk logo.

We are so thankful for the support we are given

Come rain or shine, today of which we had both we still get together for a walk and talk!

The showers didn't dampen the moon and we powered though a 6.98km walk over 1hr 37mins returning back to the Hub for a cuppa and a chat 😀

The next walk is the 26th of April, will you join us Gents?

This made me smile 😃 but.. yes theres a but, mental health walks are not stupid! They are relaxed , supportive amd safe spaces for men ( with us) and others to talk.

The weather was nice and the rain stayed away once again for us gents just a light wind blowing though the hair and plenty of chat.

We've warmed up, chatted and washed up ready for the next walk in a fortnight's times.
