Slight change of plan for this group today as we discovererd that our original plans were thwarted due to an accessibility issue at fhe venue . So instead it was off to Mr Mulligans for a game of rebound shuffleboard which went down well .

A great start to a Friday morning with some ball skills provided by the community support coaches from SUFC . Well done everyone , some very skill full work there and fun too

Well that was the penultimate rehearsal for the nearly sold out show on Monday , I have it on good authority that there are just 2 tickets left so if you haven’t yet got yours yet then I suggest a visit to ironworks website to get your tickets asap

Well while we were working out how to dodge the showers today some bright spark suggested Bowling , so off we went to Hollywood for a session and food fun it was too .

This crew were supposed to find a local park this morning , somewhere along the journey a wrong turn occurred and we find ourselves at a place that looks quite interesting and fun . Londons world famous Natural History Museum. I’ve heard it can be fun at night too .

The Boccia team were in good form today and enjoying every minute of their session at Waterside Canvey Island .

A nice bike riding session for this crew today at Just Ride . There’s always a competitive edge with this group , someone always wants to win . However in our view the winner is all of them , being outdoors and exercising is all that really counts .
