KMT Teacher Training Successfully training teachers in Kent and Medway since 1995 At KMT we’ll support you on your journey.

We welcome trainees from a wide variety of backgrounds and experience – be it recent graduates from university or experienced professionals looking for a change. You’ll train to teach in one of our partner schools, spending as much time as possible in the classroom with an experienced practitioner as your mentor. You’ll receive regular guidance and support to help you progress through the course while benefiting from our bespoke trainee platform and our comprehensive resource library.

We are seeking motivated undergraduates (2nd, 3rd, or final year) or Master’s students specialising in:
