Today, Sunday 21st September UpRight Derbyshire was host to another Slow Speed Skills Day with training provided by Moto Gymkhana UK West Midlands and also Cone Riders (north East) UK.

It was an absolutely fantastic day with some amazing improvements seen throughout the day and loads of fun had by all, even the weather was perfect.

A massive thank you to all of the Motogymkhana team for coming to Derbyshire to provide the training at this event.

Today Saturday 20th September the UpRight Derbyshire team are at Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service open day at Chesterfield Community Fire Station.

The event runs from 10m till 2 pm and there is loads to do and see with kiddies rides, fire service demonstrations and food as well.

If you are in the area come on down and while your are here come on over for a chat with the UpRight team. We can point you in the right direction for advanced rider training and first aid as well as anything else motorcycle related 👍😁

This coming Sunday 21st September the UpRight Derbyshire team are hosting a Slow Speed Skills Day at Ripley in Derbyshire in collaboration with Moto Gymkhana UK West Midlands .

If you have ever fancied a day riding round cones and refining your U turns and slow speed control then this is the day for you. All training will be provided by the expert riders from MotoGymkhana UK and all for only £30.

This day is open to full motorcycle licence holders as well as provisional licence holders who have a valid CBT. You can attend on any kind of road legal bike no matter the capacity, manual or automatic, even electric bikes are welcome although you can probably expect some ribbing but you're probably used to that anyway 😉.

The day will run from 9am to 4pm with a short break for lunch.

I cant guarantee the weather but I can guarantee the fun..... that being said the last one of these that we ran in the rain was amazing with everyone learning loads about their bikes and their tyres and all left with massive smiles...wet but happy 👍As they say in MotoGymkhana "the tyres don't know its raining"😂🤣😂

This event is being held on a secure site riders who have booked on prior to the event will be allowed on and due to health and safety there will be no spectators allowed.

It's the last day of the Chatsworth Country Fair 2025 but there is still time to head on down.

The 2025 Chatsworth Country Fair features a mix of traditional country pursuits, rural crafts, shopping, and family entertainment with highlights including Grand Ring displays from the Bolddog FMX team and the Knights of Middle England, hot air balloon ascents, and a Battle of Britain Flypast.

And if that still isn't enough for you the UpRight Derbyshire team are also on site to tell you all about motorcycle advanced training and first aid.

It's going to be a fantastic day and the weather is going to be great so head down but don't forget to come on over to see the Upright team. 😁👍

It's Saturday 30th August and the UpRight Derbyshire team are at the beautiful Chatsworth House for the second day of the 2025 Chatsworth Country Fair .

It was a fantastic day yesterday and the team had a great day talking to people about motorcycle training and first aid.

It's the second day at the Mad Hatters Summer Food and Drink Festival for the UpRight Derbyshire team. We are at Hall Leys Park in Matlock, opposite the kick ball ground.

We had a fantastic day yesterday and spoke to loads of people, most of which were bikers.

The weather is shaping up to be good again today so come on down and have a look around as it's free to get in and there are loads of amazing things to eat and drink.

While you are here come on over and have a chat to our team. As you can see from our image Ken is raring to go and can't wait to explain to you all about advanced riding and first aid courses and even slow speed skills days.

This weekend, the 23rd and 24th August the UpRight Derbyshire team are at Hall Leys Park in Matlock at the Mad Hatters, Summer Food and Drink Festival.
It's free to come in and have a look around and there are loads of stalls with fantastic things to eat and drink.

While you are wandering round pop on over to the Upright stand and have a chat about all things motorcycling, with our specialist subjects being advanced riding courses and first aid. The weather is going to be great so as they say in all the best game shows "come on down" 👍😁
