Join us for Mum and Baby Yoga starting Thursday (20th April) at Leavesden HIVE.

This is a postnatal friendly class for mums where you get the convenience of bringing your baby with you. Come prepared with a blanket or mat for your baby to lay on as well as toys or snacks or whatever you need.

This yoga session is an all levels Hatha yoga class and will take you through postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve core stability.

Classes take place Thursdays 10.30am-11.30am at Leavesden Country Park from 20 April - 25 May.
