The First Days Toy Library is part of First Days Children's Charity (1157855)

The toy library provides toys for 4 weekly loan and larger toys, games and equipment for weekly party hire. Members can choose toys from a huge selection to suit a wide range of ages and budgets. Membership is open to everyone over the age of 18 and who cares or works with children. There is an annual membership which i

s currently free, and a small rental fee for hiring toys and equipment. Toys can be reserved (if already booked out) and members can book for party hire up to 3 months in advance

Opening Hours;

Wednesday - 2.30pm - 6pm
Saturday - 10am - 12 midday on 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month

Parking is available at the Headley Road car park, next to the public library. Access to the toy library via footpath at the side of the public library. Parking is available on-site (by arrangement) for collecting & returning larger party items

Although we've been working tirelessly to get A Christmas Presence ready for families to come and visit to choose gifts (a huge thank you to everybody who has supported us so far!), our usual work continues and sadly the demand for unaffordable essential items for children is still high.

We urgently need:
Winter coats for older children/teenagers
Wellies (all sizes)
Buggies suitable from 6 months
Umbrella style strollers
Sterilisers (not electric unless brand new)
Single duvets (new, in packaging)
