We are recruiting! Escape to the ultimate birder’s paradise because Bardsey Island Bird Observatory is looking for seasonal Assistants for 2026. This is your chance to spend March to October on spectacular Bardsey Island, living amongst 30,000 Manx Shearwaters and tens of thousands of other seabirds, playing a vital role in UK conservation. Imagine daily surveys, seeing massive falls of migrant birds, and discovering scarce and rare visitors that make every day an adventure. If you have exceptional bird identification skills and practical experience, we want you for this life-changing island adventure.
