Lancashire Environmental Fund LEF provides landfill tax funding to environmental and community projects within Lancashire. Visit www.lancsenvfund.org.uk for more information.

LEF provide funding through the Landfill Communities Fund to environmental and community projects within Lancashire. Not for profit/charities run community and environmental groups can apply for awards from £3,000 to £30,000. Projects incljude improvements to community facilities, environmental improvements, creation and management of habitats, improvements to parks, gardens, open spaces, play areas, recreational facilities, ponds, canals, rivers, coasts and biodiversity.

It is with regret that the Fund is now closed to applications. You can find out if you are eligible to apply to the SUEZ Communities Fund via the postcode checker on their website https://grantscape.org.uk/fund/suez-communities-fund/
May the current Trustees and Staff take this opportunity to sincerely thank everybody who has contributed to the success of the fund, including all the past Trustees and Staff, and most importantly everyone who has put in the hard work and organized, or overseen, any of the projects we have supported.

The SUEZ Communities Fund uses monies provided by SUEZ recycling and recovery UK. The company’s donations relate to its operations located in England and Scotland, through the Landfill Communities Fund and the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund.
