The views are absolutely fantastic - but there's a definite chill in the air! 🥶

It's great to see the team adapting to different environments and getting the job done, whatever the conditions.

A nice way to kick off 2026 with some really positive feedback from the Development Manager at Alpha Living, following the recent completion of roofing works carried out by our Maintenance Team.

Feedback like this means a lot. It reflects not only the quality of the work delivered, but also the attitude, professionalism, and care our team shows on site-especially when working in occupied buildings where minimising disruption for residents is key.

Big thanks to our Maintenance Team for their hard work and commitment, and to Alpha Living for the continued trust and collaboration.

A strong start to the year and a great example of teamwork making a real difference 💪

Our Passive Fire Stopping Team have been carrying out vital Fire Stopping and Fire Door works throughout the Harris Museum, working directly for Preston City Council.

They even had a bit of help along the way..... thanks to some unexpected teams member aka Wallace & Gromit 🧀 🐶
Sadly, Wallace's enthusiasm didn't quite extend to installing Fire Doors, and Gromit preferred quality control from the table, but morale was definitely boosted!

Jokes aside, it's been a privilege working in such an iconic building, helping to protect both visitors and heritage, while keeping everything safe and compliant.

Great work from the team-even without the plasticine assistance! 👏 🔥
