Yesterday we welcomed our team into the office to kick off Mental Health Awareness Week with a games-filled brunch. It was a great opportunity for everyone to share the things they find motivating, calming, helpful, and the little things they appreciate in everyday life.

It was lovely to hear such a variety of responses, helping us better understand one another and come together as a team. Mental health matters to us all, and creating spaces where people feel heard, supported, and connected can make a real difference. Sometimes the smallest conversations and moments of kindness can have the biggest impact.
