Today we took our message of renter solidarity to the Caledonian Road.

It's clear that local residents are fed up with the housing crisis and see the need to organise collectively.

Andrew Panayi is one of the largest private landlords in London, with a property empire of hundreds of flats on Caledonian Road. Two weeks ago, we asked him to pledge not to evict anyone during the pandemic, and to waive covid rent arrears. Despite posting and emailing our letter and speaking to Panayi on the phone, we haven't had a response.
