🌾 This Harvest Festival, let’s come together to support our local food banks 🌾

We’re collecting donations to help families and individuals in our community who may be struggling. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference.

We would be grateful for donations of non-perishable food items, including:
🥫 Tinned vegetables, fruit, soup, meat and fish
🍝 Pasta, rice and noodles
☕ Tea, coffee and long-life milk
🥣 Breakfast cereals
🍪 Biscuits and snacks

Our Bereavement Café offers a safe, welcoming space to chat, share memories, or simply enjoy a cuppa with others who understand.
Supporting veterans, partners, families and loved ones across Gosport, Fareham and Havant.

We also run a Portsmouth-based Bereavement Café at Age UK Portsmouth.

Alan Knight was far more than a familiar face to our community he was a warm-hearted and compassionate patron of Age UK Portsmouth.

He gave his time with remarkable generosity, always ready to drop in, share a cup of tea, and brighten the lives of the people we support. Whether he was stopping by the veteran's breakfast club, hosting engaging talks, or making special visits to housebound individuals who couldn't easily get out, Alan brought warmth and joy wherever he went. He would sit down, listen, and talk for hours, treating everyone he met with genuine kindness and respect.

His dedication to our community leaves a lasting mark, and he will be profoundly missed by everyone at Age UK Portsmouth.

Our deepest condolences go out to Alan’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.

🐟 Fish & Chips Friday at The Bradbury Centre! 🍟

Join us for our last Fish & Chips Friday of the month this Friday from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm and enjoy a delicious fish and chips lunch, served with homemade mushy peas, homemade tartar sauce and a wedge of lemon.

Your meal also includes a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of squash.

£10.85 per person
You can add two slices of bread and butter for just £1.
