📢 A new aphasia drop-in group is starting in Cosham.

Aphasia makes it harder to speak, read, write or understand words. It’s often caused by a stroke or brain injury. It doesn’t affect intelligence, but it can leave people feeling very alone.

Say Aphasia, a national charity, is running a monthly group in Portsmouth. You can come along with your carer or family. It’s a friendly, relaxed space to share experiences, build confidence and make friends.

📅 First meeting: Tuesday 3 November 2026
🕥 Every first Tuesday of the month, 10:30am to 12:30pm
📍 Link Room, Cosham Baptist Church, 48 Havant Road, Cosham, PO6 2QZ
💷 Free. Just drop in. You don’t need to book.
