It's been a busy day for Cllr Cal Corkery and Councillor Kirsty Mellor.
Between us both, we have
👪 Supported foster parents in getting extra funding for respite.
🗣️Attended a meeting to discuss the appointment of a new senior council officer.
🏡Supported a resident in visiting sheltered accommodation.
🏠Helped a family who has been in temporary accommodation for an extended period, to seek permanent accommodation.
🥰Supported a family with disabled children who need to get a move to a more appropriate property.
👮Discussion with the local police sergeant about crime and ASB in the ward.
🤝Worked with a group of parents to raise concerns about Special educational needs (SEN) provision.
