We're hosting a Christmas Fayre! Brought to you by the Carers Team and our very own Volunteers.

⏰ Saturday 12 December, 11:00 - 14:00
📍 St Georges Community Centre, Weston Super Mare

Join us in celebrating the festive season at our Christmas Fayre. All funds raised will be for the Adult Carers Service, and here are just a few things that will be taking place:
🎅🏻 Meet Father Christmas in his festive grotto. Tickets are £5 and each child will receive a festive gift and a little bit of magic (please email [email protected] to book).
🎁 Chance to purchase unique gifts from our stall holders (please email [email protected] if you would like to be a stall holder, each is charged at £15).
🎟️ A raffle with some fantastic prizes up for grabs.
🎄 Bottle Tombola, Lucky Dip and much more!
Refreshments will also be available, including warm sausage rolls, mince pies, spiced apple juice and hot drinks.

Yesterday, a group of Young Carers visited The Eden Project in Cornwall. From exploring the amazing biomes to taking on the challenge of the zip wire, it was great to see so much laughter and memories being made. 🍃 🪴

It was brilliant to see so many people at our YAC group last week. Everyone had a laugh with some silly games, followed by a bite to eat at the Coleridge Community Gardens.

Some of our Junior Young Carers made their way to Sandbay this week for chips and sandcastles! A huge thank you to Sand Bay Fish & Chips and Cosy Café for the amazing food as always and for the bubbles. It was great to welcome some of our existing carers but also some new friends.

What a fantastic few days our Young Carers have been having on their residential trip with Jamie and Sarah! Here are a few highlights from their time away at Magdalen Farm, where they've been enjoying a well deserved break from their caring responsibilities. From pizza making and going in the water, to collecting eggs and meeting some of the farm animals, the trip has been full of fun, laughter and new experiences.
