Even politicians don’t understand English sometimes! 😉

In Parliament, Sir Paul Beresford once had to say, “Sorry… I didn’t understand!” because the accent was too strong.

Yes — in PARLIAMENT! 🎤
So if you say:
👉 “Can you repeat that?”
👉 “Sorry, I don’t understand.”
👉 “Too fast!”

Congratulations — you are officially as brave as an MP! 😄

English has many accents. Scottish, Kiwi, British… sometimes even native speakers need subtitles!
Don’t be embarrassed. Be proud — you are learning.

Learning English isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being brave enough to ask again.

🚨✈️ Important update for dual British citizens travelling to the UK.

From 25 February 2026, dual British citizens must present either a British passport or Certificate of Entitlement when travelling to the UK.

Without one, carriers cannot verify they are a British citizen, which may lead to delays or denied boarding.

This is required for all British citizens, regardless of other nationalities.

Today was our very first English class, and what a beautiful beginning it was!

Our students shared “Happy New Year 2026” in many different languages, showing exactly what makes our classes so special diversity, community, and learning together 🤍

Every word on this board represents a story, a culture, and a new journey in learning English.
We are so proud of everyone who joined us today and took their first step with confidence 💪📚

Thank you for being part of this amazing group we can’t wait to learn, grow, and support each other throughout the year.
