FOUND | Officers searching for a missing woman last seen in Poole are pleased to update she has been found.

Kasha, aged 34, was last seen in the area of Old Orchard at around 2.30am on Saturday 5 September 2026.

Following searches and enquiries by officers, she has now been found.

We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.

👮‍♂️ Neighbourhood Policing Team Weekly Update 🚔

On Tuesday, the Neighbourhood Policing Team and Response colleagues responded to reports of an aggressive shoplifter in . The individual was arrested, however the situation escalated when a number of street drinkers got involved and obstructed officers after alcohol was seized. A further 2 individuals were arrested, removed from the town centre and a number of Section 35 Dispersal Orders were issued.

On Wednesday, PCSOs Matt and Jason hosted a 2 hour Community Contact Point (CCP) in the Dolphin Centre as part of our commitment to be contactable at a regular time and location. We spoke to at least 40 people, all who had different questions to ask, concerns to raise and intelligence to report. Occasionally people come to us with questions that don't fall within Dorset polices remit, however we are able to signpost to the correct agencies and departments.

The and neighbourhood team visited Redlands Retail Park to meet with M&S, establish connections and share intelligence around shoplifters active in the retail park. We plan to conduct operations in this area as it has been identified as a Hotspot for theft and antisocial behaviour.

🥾 A large number of hours on foot and mobile patrol targeting our high harm areas and locations subjected to antisocial behaviour, such as Poole Bus Station, Ashley Road, Turlin Moor and Redlands Retail Park

UPDATE | A woman has been identified following an image appeal in relation to a dog bite incident in Poole.

It is reported that at around 7.10am on Wednesday 29 July 2026 a woman aged in her 30s was approached by a dog on the path between Whitecliff Road and Baiter Park and was bitten on the upper leg.

The woman who was walking the dog is reported to have apologised but left the scene without leaving her details.

Following enquiries and an image appeal, a woman has been identified in connection with the incident and is assisting officers with their enquiries.

UPDATE | A man has been identified following an image appeal in relation to reports of outraging public decency in Poole.

It is reported that between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday 12 July 2026 a man was seen performing an indecent act in the Waterloo Road and Wimborne Road area, close to Fleetsbridge roundabout.

Following enquiries by officers and an image appeal, a man has been identified in connection with the incident.

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.

👮‍♂️ Meet Your Local Team 👋

I'm PC Lawrence Mason (0095) I’ve been a police officer for 13 years, having previously been a PCSO beforehand. Before joining Dorset, I worked in the Met. During my policing career, I’ve worked across a variety of departments including Response, Safer Schools, Missing Persons, Integrated Offender Management, Safer Transport and Safer Neighbourhood Teams.

I joined the police because I wanted to make a meaningful difference and do something that genuinely matters to people. Although I’ve joined this neighbourhood recently, I’m excited to get out into the community, meet local residents and build strong relationships. 😊

One of the things I enjoy most about neighbourhood policing is the positive impact a visible police presence can have. Sometimes simply being there can help calm a situation, prevent harm and protect vulnerable people.
A particular passion of mine is supporting young people, helping them build confidence and realise their potential within the community. Seeing someone thrive and succeed is incredibly rewarding.

A few facts about me:

⚽ I'm a proud Chelsea supporter
🏃 I enjoy jogging and playing volleyball
🎢 My spare time is usually spent taking my children to theme parks, beaches and parks, or relaxing at home watching TV series with my wife.

One thing I'd like residents to know is that despite my size, I’m a bit of a gentle giant! 😄 If you see me out and about, please come and say hello. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to keep our community safe, supported and connected.

👮‍♂️ Neighbourhood Policing Team Weekly Update 🚔

PCSOs Mike and Matt hopped on and off public transport, to reach some of our shoplifting and antisocial behaviour hotspots around Poole. When returning to the Bus Station a report came in regarding some nuisance youths, they were able to deal with the report swiftly catching them by surprise.

PCSO Pete has been racking the mileage up on his police bike, reaching areas more difficult to attend in vehicles, such as our wonderful heathland. We like to call it the 'Triggers broom' of bikes!

PCs Jen and Matt made an arrest in the area due to reports of a male walking around with a knife on display in public. This was obviously concerning and the male was safely arrested on suspicion of 'possession of a bladed article in a public place'. Enquiries are now ongoing.

PC John carried out a comprehensive investigation into a robbery that occurred in the area, resulting in the timely arrest of two males, who have been remanded in custody - excellent work! Being remanded in custody means a person is kept in prison or a secure centre while waiting for their trial, next court date, or sentencing.

Hello, this is PCSO Kristine this was a few busy weeks for NPT team and we are glad to hear that our members of the public feels safer after our increase visible patrols and public engagements at the Neighbourhood Centre at Culliford Crescent in Canford Heath.
We have been working with local businesses and BCP councils ASB team regarding issues in the area. If you see us out and about please do not hesitate to approach and speak to us regarding any concerns you may have or just friendly chat.

👮‍♂️ Meet Your Local Team 👋

I’m PCSO Jason Oram (7890) and I’m excited to be starting out with the Neighbourhood Policing Team here in Poole. I’ve recently completed my training, so I’m just beginning my journey as a PCSO in the area. Before joining full time, I spent a year as a Special Constable, where I worked closely with neighbourhood officers and quickly realised how much I enjoyed the community side of policing.

One of the things I’m looking forward to most in this role is being visible in the community and getting to know the people who live and work here. There are some fantastic spots in Poole, but my favourites have to be Poole Park and Poole Quay. They’re great places that really show off what makes the area special. In my role I’m particularly keen to help with anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues and supporting victims of crime. When people see me out on patrol, I want them to feel reassured that I’m there to help and comfortable approaching me, even if it’s just for a chat.

If you ever feel nervous about speaking to a police officer or PCSO, please don’t be. We do this job because we genuinely want to help people and enjoy speaking with the community.

You’ll often find me out on foot patrol around Poole, including at the Dolphin Shopping Centre, so please feel free to stop and say hello 👋 As I’m new, speaking with residents will really help me get to know the area and understand local concerns.

A few things about me outside of work:

🏄 I enjoy paddle boarding

🎲 I’m also into tabletop gaming

☕ And when it comes to drinks, it has to be a proper cup of Yorkshire tea!

👮 Neighbourhood Policing Team Weekly Update 🚔

Another beautiful week of lovely sunshine with a tiny sprinkling of rain and another busy proactive week for the Poole Neighbourhood team.
PCSO's Jason, Mike, Kristine and Pete attended the Turlin Moor Community Fun Day and it was such a great turn out with lots of positive conversations had and new relationships formed.
A special mention to all the organisers and to everyone who made it such a fantastic day.

PCSO's Mike and Jason have been busy meeting and listening to the concerns of our local community on the trains and also on the buses, followed by lots of hours of foot patrols! Thank you for all your feedback and continued support. We will continue to use these modes of transport as we enter the last few weeks of the school holidays and beyond.
