Our Story

The Done …. Story

I never thought I would see the day that the ‘part-time’ business that myself and my wife Helen started a few years back would flourish as it has Turns out to a such blessing during these unprecedented times.

My name is Theodore Frank and my core business is Advanced Computer Solutions. I set this Company up in 1999, and now have many lovely loyal customers. The IT support that I offer is predominantly for small to medium sized businesses and also private individuals.

Back in 2003 a friend and Business network colleague who helps companies reduce their energy bills offered to help me with my Business energy. Very happy that I spoke to him as he managed to reduce my bills substantially.

The only error that he made was not offering to share with me how he got paid?

In 2007 my wife Helen was chatting to a friend of hers who is the Business owner of a successful Property Management Company. The friend invited Helen to take a look at Utility Warehouse, my wife not understanding what she was being offered, declined the invitation stating we are already with them….end of the conversation.

However, Helen being rather inquisitive called her friend a few days later to clarify what the invitation was for? She didn’t tell her much but instead invited Helen to go to a local presentation. I wasn’t able to go, so Helen went by herself. When she got home later that evening, her first words were ‘Theo you have to come and see this, it’s an incredible opportunity that we can work in our spare time.”

Two weeks later I got to see the presentation and I was blown away with the concept of doing something once and getting paid forever!!

So our journey as Utility Warehouse partners began. It’s a simple concept; we show people what we do and how much money they can save on their boring old bills – BOB’s for short. In the beginning some of our friends and family were supportive and some not so supportive.

We loved the idea of being able to tag Utility Warehouse onto what we were already doing. Our initial goal was to make a bit of extra money to help with things like days out and holidays. What we hadn’t realised was that by helping others to become successful we would also be rewarded for that tenfold. Can you just imagine how that feels? By helping others to get what they want allows you to achieve your goals and dreams. It’s a Win Win situation

Someone once told us not to wait until you are too thirsty to dig your well? Two years ago Helen was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The treatment was long and intensive. Thankfully we had worked hard to achieve success with our Utility Warehouse business, and because of this wonderful thing called ‘Passive Income’ we continued to get paid every month even though we were putting in zero effort.

I believe that not having the stress of money worries allowed Helen to focus on what was important at that time… It also allowed me to take time off from my business and be there for Helen. Eighteen months later we received the wonderful news that the treatment and surgery had been a success. Yay we can get our lives back on track.

Six months on and here we are with the Coronavirus Pandemic? Who could have predicted that the World would go into lockdown?? For many people this Pandemic has created catastrophic results with people losing their jobs, businesses going bust, and our economy at an all-time low…

Again we are in the fortunate and envious position of having a secure ‘Passive Income’. We began our journey with Utility Warehouse to make life a bit easier and to plan for a better retirement. We never imagined at the time that we would actually need to dig our well, not once but twice!

This is our story with the Utility Warehouse. Our goal is to help others achieve their goals and dreams.
