With a catapult? ❌

Dangerous use of catapults puts wildlife, especially birds, at risk of serious injury and death.

Did you know that it’s a crime to kill, harm, or take a wild bird under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981?

Offenders can face an unlimited fine and up to six months in jail.

Help us protect our local wildlife; if you see someone using a catapult against wildlife report it to us.

If the crime is in progress call 999. Otherwise, you can report online or by calling 101.

🧹Community Litter Picking Event – Everyone Welcome!

Join us for a community litter pick and help keep Polegate looking its best!

📍 Brightling Road Leisure Ground

Whether you can stay for the whole event or just pop along for a while, every helping hand makes a difference. It's a great opportunity to meet fellow residents, enjoy some fresh air and help keep our community clean and tidy.

▪️Please wear suitable clothing and footwear,
▪️Open to all residents.
