2339 (Plymstock & Mount Batten) Squadron, is one of over 900 Air Cadet Squadrons within the country, offering a vast range of opportunities to members aged 12-20;
from Drill to Shooting, Music to Flying, Adventure Training to Engineering, there really is something suited for everyone. Around 50% of all aircrew in the Royal Air Force were once cadets, and even if you aren't looking for a career in

the Armed Forces, employers and universities looks for the skills and experiences gained from the Air Cadets.

The Air Cadet Development Scheme focuses on funding training and qualifications that provide a clear route into a specific career, such as apprenticeships or vocational courses 😎

It’s open to cadets aged 16+ with at least two years’ service, and to junior adult volunteers under 25 with four years’ service 🤩
