Post Office Chat . I will be joining the Plymstock Over 60’s club on the 14th September @ 2pm. I will be chatting through changes to 2nd class . Royal Mail price increases . Keeping safe from Fraud . Saving money on postage this Christmas .And answering as many of your questions as possible . Thank you to the club for inviting me back . Newspaper .
The newspaper have finally arrived . Smiths news had some technical problems this morning . So the newspapers have only just arrived . I think it was the same for large chunks of Plymouth . We have put them out even though we know we close at 1pm . Thank you for being patient .

Great news for Cheque deposits that can now be accepted into Lloyds banking group accounts. I know a lot of customers were disappointed when Lloyds removed this on the 31st December 2025 . But they have decided to reintroduce this facility . Thank you to everyone that complained to Lloyds about this .

Great News . We now have the government services tablet . So we are now able to complete your passport applications for you . We complete the form for you , take your photo and send off your old one . Please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions . For passports we can do everything from 1st passport , name change , renewals and more .
This is great news as you can get your passport , buy your currency you need in paper money or on our Travel Money Card . And even help you with Travel Insurance all in one place .

Driving Licence .
With the tablet we can also renew your driving licence for you on the 10 year renewal . For all other Driving licence changes we hold the D1 forms to make other alterations.

We have set up a diary system to make sure that a qualified member of staff is ready at an agreed time to help you . This will also help us preventing waiting times for customers who are coming in for other reasons .
