Autumn style takes centre stage

Hot on the heels of London Fashion Week, join us for RWY Runway - an evening of fashion, style and independent creativity in the spectacular surroundings of the Melville Building.

Two of the Yard’s independent boutiques, Identity Fashion and Pebble Cornwall will be coming together for a special runway show showcasing their latest autumn collections.

Discover new-season looks, statement pieces and plenty of inspiration as the boutiques bring their collections to the runway for one night only.

And it’s fashion for a fantastic cause. The evening will also raise funds for The Primrose Foundation, Plymouth’s local breast care charity, helping to support its important work with local people and breast care services.

Join us for the last Yard Session of Summer 🎶

Next week Russell Sinclair Music joins us in the Secret Garden, bringing soulful vocals and searing guitar work – perfect for fans of traditional blues, emotive string-bending, and heartfelt storytelling.

Le Vignoble Plymouth will be serving a curated selection of drinks throughout the evening, while Natural Source Ltd will be serving up snacks at their pop-up stall.

Summer Sorted: Mini Golf (indoors in Melville) ⛳️

RNLI open day

On Saturday 22nd August, from 10am–3pm, we’re welcoming back the Plymouth RNLI team and volunteers for a full day of exploration, entertainment and family fun!

From daring demonstrations of sea rescues to fun-filled family activities and free children's crafts, there’s something for everyone

What’s happening:

🌊 Daring on-water rescue demo (1pm–1:30pm)*

🛳️ Step aboard and tour the lifeboats in the marina (10am–12:45pm & 1:45pm–3pm, last entry 2:30pm)*

🛟 Pop Up stands and Children’s Craft activities on The Green

🟡 Yellow Welly treasure hunt around the Yard (grab your map from the RNLI Stand on the Green)

🗺️ Walking Tours around RWY with Plymouth Walking Tours – 11am & 2pm

🎶 Live music from the Royal Naval Volunteer Band HMS Drake (11am - 1pm)
