It’s been a record year at Tinside Lido, so what better way to celebrate than with a day of summer fun? 🌊

This Saturday, we’re joining Seafest with an afternoon of family-friendly entertainment from 12pm–6pm.

We’re adding a little extra splash to the Lido with:
🎧 DJ Jozzy bringing summer vibes to the Sun Terrace
🧜‍♀️ A real-life mermaid making a splash in one of our fountains
🐠 Jellyfish stilt walkers floating around the Lido throughout the day
🫧 A bubbleologist creating giant bubbles
💪 Aqua Zumba

You can enjoy everything Tinside has to offer, including a dip in the pool, views across Plymouth Sound and a visit to the Coffee Pod & Sun Terrace.

How to book:
The event is available to book through our usual public swimming sessions, with the choice of an all-day pass or 2-hour session. Entertainment will be staggered throughout the afternoon, so whichever session you choose, you’ll get the chance to enjoy the fun.

📢 Doggy Swim Event Update

Please note that our event originally scheduled for Sunday 13 September has been rescheduled to Sunday 27 September 2026.

✅ If you've already booked, your session has automatically been transferred to the new date.
✅ Your session time remains the same.
✅ Your existing ticket is still valid – no action is needed.
✅ The Dog Swim arranged by Harris Hounds at Mount Swimming Pools is proceeding as planned.

If you're unable to attend on the new date, please email [email protected] and our team will be happy to help and a refund can be arranged.

We're also delighted to be partnering with .uk to give one lucky winner the chance to enjoy a two-night dog-friendly stay at a Moxy hotel in the UK!

The competition is open to all of our doggy swimmers and their humans. Keep an eye on our page for details on how to enter.
