Let's Talk PANTS! Free resources to help keep children safe. Developed with children, parents, carers and teachers, Talk PANTS is here to help children understand that their body belongs to them, and they should tell a safe adult they trust if anything makes them feel upset or worried.

Our PANTS activity pack makes it easy to talk to your child about staying safe from harm. With a word search, dot-to-dot and maze game, you can help them learn without using any scary words.

Safer Internet Day 2026 will take place on Tuesday 10 February 2026, this year's theme is โ€˜Smart tech, safe choices โ€“ Exploring the safe and responsible use of AIโ€™.

Everyoneโ€™s talking about AI, and with many children and young people hearing about and using AI online, itโ€™s important they have the skills and confidence to make safe choices when they are using smart technology.
This Safer Internet Day we are exploring the impact of AI on all of our lives, looking at how AI can be used for good, and giving advice and guidance that empowers people to use AI safely and responsibly.

Luke Pollard MPs Christmas Card Competition!

Today I have launched my 5th annual Christmas Card competition for the brilliant school children in Plymouth Sutton and Devonport. This year I am asking children to focus their card designs on the theme of โ€œhope and happiness at Christmasโ€. The competition is an opportunity to highlight our childrenโ€™s hopes for the future, what brings them happiness and to celebrate Plymouthโ€™s communities.

There will be prizes for first, second and third places, which I will announce after judging all the entries.

This competition is open for all primary school aged children who live or go to school in Plymouth Sutton and Devonport. The design needs to be the size of an A4 page. Please ask parents and carers to email their childโ€™s submission to [email protected] by 28th November. Or they can alternatively drop off paper copies at my office at 13 Frankfort Gate, Plymouth PL1QA.

I know how creative our young people in Plymouth are and I cannot wait to judge this yearโ€™s designs - Iโ€™m going to be sending the winning Christmas card to the King on behalf of our part of Plymouth!

I look forward to seeing the creativity coming in!

Luke
