End-of-life care is a deeply significant stage of life. Your involvement will help support care that is compassionate, respectful, and of the highest quality. By gathering insights from patients, families, and healthcare professionals in Plymouth, you will help inform learning and improvement for the future.

This role suits someone who can offer availability for around 3 to 5 visits per month, with flexibility to fit around your existing commitments.
