Activity #12 Brrrr... Explore the Cold
Winter magic is here! If we’re lucky enough to get snow, wrap up warm and head outside for some chilly adventures if not the frost is just as great.

Ideas to try:
Make footprints in the frost
Hunt for icy patterns on leaves and puddles
Build a snowman or create frosty art with sticks and stones

Exploring the cold is a wonderful way to make memories and enjoy the beauty of winter together. Find more seasonal ideas on the 50 Things app and turn frosty days into family fun!

As we mark Baby Week, it’s an opportunity to reflect on the importance of the first 1001 days - from conception to a child’s second birthday.🫶 Baby Week UK

This period represents a critical window for development, where experiences, relationships, and environments shape a child’s brain and long-term outcomes in health, learning, and wellbeing.
Professionals across early years, schools, and health play a vital role in supporting families during this time - helping to ensure that every child has the best possible start in life.đź’š

Let’s use Baby Week to strengthen collaboration, share good practice, and raise awareness of the impact of the early years.🌟
