We are very excited to welcome our Y1 - Y6 children back to **The Beeches Primary School tomorrow, Thursday 3rd September**, for another fantastic year of learning, friendships and success. 💛
Please take a few moments to read through these important reminders ahead of the new school year.

🏫 **SCHOOL OFFICE**
The school office is open **Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm**.
Useful forms and information, including absence and leave request forms, dinner menus, Arbor setup instructions and term dates, are available from the letter carousel outside the school office.
📱 **ARBOR – IMPORTANT**
All parents and carers must be signed up to **Arbor**.
All payments for **school dinners, clubs and educational visits** are now made through Arbor.
💷 The school office **no longer accepts cash payments**.
❌ ParentPay is no longer in use.
Please make sure your Arbor account is active and up to date. If you need help accessing or setting up your account, please contact the school office.
📧 **COMMUNICATIONS**
From September, our main method of communication with parents and carers will be **email**.
Please make sure we have your **current email address** and that you can access the **Arbor App** so you don't miss important information.
💬 **QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS**
If you have a question or concern, please speak to your child's **class teacher in the first instance**.
Please see the attached diagram for further information about how concerns are addressed within school.
⏰ **LATE COLLECTIONS**
Please collect your child promptly at the end of the school day or their club session.
A **£12 late collection charge** will apply to children collected after the designated collection time. A reduced **£5 charge** will apply for collections made up to **3:30pm**.
🎨 **AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB**
Our After-School Club runs every school day from **3:00pm–6:00pm**.
📱 Bookings must be made through Arbor
⏰ Bookings close **48 hours before the session**
💳 Payment is taken when booking
❌ Bookings are non-refundable
📅 Places can be booked as far in advance as required
Unfortunately, children cannot be added to the club register on the day if they were not booked before the 48-hour deadline.
🍽️ **SCHOOL MEALS**
School meals cost **£2.50 per day** and must be paid for **in advance through Arbor**.
Please ensure your account remains in credit, as we are unable to allow dinner debts to accrue.
Government changes to **Free School Meals** come into effect from August 2026 and may affect your family's eligibility. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.
☎️ **CONTACT DETAILS**
Please make sure your telephone numbers, email addresses and other personal details are kept up to date.
It is essential that we can contact you or another authorised adult quickly in an emergency.
👨👩👧 **AUTHORISED COLLECTIONS**
Please ensure your child's authorised collection list is up to date.
To add an authorised person, please collect and complete a form from the school office. These details cannot be amended through Arbor due to GDPR requirements.
