We’re inviting local employers to join us for an Employer Workshop on Wednesday 3 June, delivered as part of the Perth & Kinross Local Employability Partnership.

This interactive session will bring employers together for an open and honest conversation about skills, recruitment and workforce needs across the area. Your insight is essential in helping shape future employability support and provision locally.

🔹Recruitment challenges and workforce trends
🔹Barriers to employment – and how they can be addressed
🔹How we can better support employers to attract and retain talent

Are you a parent or carer in Perth and Kinross looking to get into work or progress your career? Futures for Families offers tailored one-to-one support to help you move into employment, better-paid work, or self-employment.

Support may include funding for training, travel and interview costs, a £400 digital grant, childcare support, and up to £3,000 for starting your own business.
