Our service covers Young Carers (5 to 17), Young Adult Carers (18 to 24) and Adult Carers (age 25+).

A space for companionship - care and respite

Your loved one will enjoy activities, outings and residentials, a 3 course lunch and you get to enjoy some much needed respite.

All for £40 a day.

The start to Carers Week is Change Mental Health and PKAVS running a Decider Skills taster session on Monday 8th June at Change Mental Health Offices, Unit 1, Methven Mews, Perth, PH1 5NX.

Run over two sessions – for parents carers in the morning (10am to 12.30pm) and for other carers in the afternoon (1pm to 3.30pm) – Decider Skills can provide you with necessary skills to change behaviours and responses in stressful situations to help you lead a happier and more successful life.
