Have your say on Mental Health Services in Worcestershire

Healthwatch Worcestershire wants to hear from people living with psychosis, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, as well as those who care for someone with one of these conditions.

If this applies to you, your experiences really matter.
We’ve created a short survey to understand:
• What is working well in local services
• Where people are facing challenges
• What could be improved

Your feedback will help shape future health and care services across Worcestershire.

👉 Take the survey here:https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NKFXH6F

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and your voice can make a real difference.

If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]

Thank you to Bradley Thomas MP for taking the time to meet with our Chair, Simon Adams, and discuss the role of Healthwatch Worcestershire.

Every year we hear from thousands of local people about their experiences of health and social care services. Those insights help providers and commissioners understand what matters most to patients, families, and carers.

Independent patient voice and public scrutiny remain vital components of a transparent and accountable health and care system.

As Chair of Healthwatch Worcestershire, Simon Adams has an encyclopaedic knowledge of local health and social care services.

However, that knowledge and expertise in holding the NHS and social care services to account will be lost as the Government is abolishing Healthwatch.

Healthwatch is an independent consumer champion that gives patients a voice. A voice that will disappear under Government plans - something I recently discussed with Simon.

I'm concerned at the loss of transparency and the Government's attempt to essentially take the health service behind closed doors. I'll be taking these concerns to Parliament.
