There's just 1 week to go until tickets for our Mini Panto held in the Garden Room launch on 10th September at 10am, so we thought we could use this time to address some FAQs!

Q: How long is the Panto?
A: About 25 minutes and includes the chance to take a photo with Father Christmas (on your device) at the end of the show, plus a chocolate treat for children.

Q: What else is open?
A: The Panto takes place during the traditional "closed season" of Penshurst Place so the house, gardens and toy museum will be closed. We will open the Playground if the weather deems it safe to do so, and the Gift Shop and Porcupine Pantry Café are open daily from 9.00am - 10.00am.

Q: Is there a meet and greet with Father Christmas?
A: There is an opportunity to have a photograph with Father Christmas after the show, but no facilities for an exclusive meet and greet with each individual family

Q: Who needs a ticket?
A: Everybody needs a ticket with the exception of babies-in-arms. We do not allow adult only groups.

Q: Do you permit carers access?
A: Yes, you will need to book a carers ticket.

Q: What is different about your Quiet Sessions?
A: We lower the capacity, extend the slot time so there's no rush, lower the volume of the music, and work more fluidly with the audience. There is no pressure to stay in your seat if anyone needs to move their body or keep moving
