Easter Holiday Closure: Important Information for Our Patients
We want to let all our patients know that the practice will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday. We will reopen and resume normal services on Tuesday the 22nd.
While we are closed, if you have a health concern that canโt wait until we reopen, please contact NHS 24 by calling 111. They are available to provide urgent health advice and guidance.
Prescriptions
If you need any repeat or ongoing medications, please ensure you order and collect your prescriptions ahead of the holiday period. This step helps you avoid any last-minute issues while the surgery and some pharmacies may have altered opening times.
Pharmacy Opening Hours
Many pharmacies will have adjusted hours over the Easter weekend. If you rely on a particular pharmacy, itโs a good idea to check their holiday schedule in advance so youโre not caught out.
NHS Pharmacy First Scotland
Remember that NHS Pharmacy First Scotland can help with a range of common ailments โ often free of charge and more quickly than waiting for a GP appointment. Your pharmacist can advise on treatments for things like sore throats, skin conditions, and more, without needing to wait to see a doctor.
Online Resources
For further health advice and support, you can also explore NHS Scotlandโs online resources. Self-help guides are available through NHS Inform, which cover many common conditions and symptoms.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we hope you have a safe and pleasant Easter break. Please stay well, and we look forward to serving you again from Tuesday the 22nd.
