Hi

Sorry we have had to tape it up the bin due to it being full, please can I ask people not to leave clothes outside of the bin, as these have to be discarded if they get wet.

I have ordered a collection so hopefully it will be emptied soon.

Well what a night! we would like to thank you all for supporting the Santa's Grotto 🧑‍🎄🧑‍🎄 a special thank you to Helen Bullingham for coordinating the decorations, Lisa Bridle for the fabulous balloon arch, the JSA for the Grotto and the Parish Council for the mulled wine and mince pie's and all of Santas helpers. And a really special thank you to Mr and Mrs Claus 🎅 🧑‍🎄

Unfortunately due to personal circumstances within the our crew community and families sadly we won’t be doing our annual Santa truck around the village which I know will be disappointing, this decision hasn’t been taken lightly.

However the elves are still busy working away behind the scenes to make this Christmas just as magical so we would like to invite you all to meet Santa at the fire station grotto.

Just as we say farewell to Neil Jones as he retires, Partridge Green Fire Station would like to welcome our newest recruit - Lewis Bridle!

And yes he is the Watch Manager’s son so those apples don’t fall far from the trees!

Congratulations Lewis on passing your initial course and good luck as you embark on your new career at West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service!

The time has come for FF Neil Jones to hang up his pager after 34 years of service.

Neil Joined Partridge green fire station in March 1991 and in that time has been to a vast array of calls some nice and some not so nice but always the ever true professional he is.

Neil will be very much missed and takes with him a wealth of knowledge which he has passed down to his colleagues over the years.

Enjoy your retirement Neil from all of us here at Station 55
