Our Aims

We aim to provide a happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all of our children. Interaction between staff is sensitive and consistent, regular communication with Parents/Carers is vital. We acknowledge that you are the primary carers of your child and we will work closely with you to gain knowledge of your child and their experiences.

The children are offered a wide range of opportunities to ensure progression in all areas of their development. Recording and monitoring child development is vital to enable staff to evaluate accurately the needs of every individual child. By using the development records and observations, staff can systematically plan individual programmes that enhance all areas of your child’s development.

Staff will enhance your child’s self-esteem by valuing every effort they make. We will encourage your child to learn autonomously and as part of a group, and encourage them to make their own choices and decisions and develop to their full potential.

We can offer care for your child from babyhood right through to secondary school, which means your child will have a great sense of security and continuity whilst with us.
