Last on site training delivery today, traffic management.

Tomorrow, last site visit of 2025 to gather information in order to develop, and tailor, an IOSH Managing Safely course specific to the hazard, and risk, involved in a very large golf course.

MaxSafe will be shutting up shop on Thursday for the holiday period.

We have been flat out on the delivery of:

Dealing with Health Emergencies
Workplace, Adult, Paediatric & Combined Qualsafe First Aid Courses
Bespoke H&S as well as Risk Assessment training for Renfrewshire Council
IOSH Managing Safely courses have also just started for the local businesses.

We've also been giving clients advice on Electrical and Asbestos procedures for up and coming works and also advising waste companies on manual handling training specific to industry.

Had a really interesting online discussion led by Nigel Barraclough, Qualsafe CEO on the what to expect in the new year with updates to the First Aid changes from the Resuscitation Council. Interesting times ahead.

Flashback to 1993, I joined the Airport Fire Service. Great experience which gave lots of hands on experience in first aid, fire (obviously 😁) and my first insight properly into the safety industry. My training experience started here also in 1998, and then I left for the college in 2007..
