Another great organisation supporting breastfeeding in Renfrewshire.

We’re delighted that Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau has also signed up to the Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland scheme this week.

They said: “We are proud to support the Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland Scheme. Through our service, we work with families across Renfrewshire and understand how important it is that parents feel welcome, comfortable, and supported when feeding their babies. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment where breastfeeding is recognised as a normal part of family life and where parents can access advice and support without barriers.”

A fantastic way to mark the end Breastfeeding Awareness Week, helping make Renfrewshire more inclusive and supportive for mums and families.

This Financial Wellbeing Roadshow is open to all Carers throughout Renfrewshire. As Carers continue to face a greater risk of poverty and exclusion, this drop-in financial information event will be useful for Carers who are looking for advice and making their money go further during difficult financial times.

We are going to be joined by The Wise Group , who’ll be promoting their Relational Mentoring service, and the Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau, who’ll be on call to answer any queries from Carers. We will also be joined by other local money advice and debt specialists.

Of course, our own team will be there to chat about the different services the Carers Centre provides. Our Short Breaks Team representative can help you find a suitable break from your caring role.

Why not drop by for a chat? No registration needed.

We're delighted to announce that Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau has secured funding through The Access to Justice Foundation's Improving Lives Through Advice 2026 programme.

This funding will help us expand our outreach clinics, deliver additional information sessions, and enhance our court representation service to support people at risk of eviction across Renfrewshire.

Every year, our advisers help local people maximise their income, manage debt, address housing issues, and access the support they are entitled to. This funding will enable us to reach more people and provide support before problems escalate into crisis.

We'd like to thank The Access to Justice Foundation for supporting this important work and helping us continue to provide free, confidential and impartial advice to people across Renfrewshire.
