The Triage and Early Intervention Officer will act as the first point of contact for victims of crime referred into our adult support service providing resources, interventions, and information to clients and leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments to identify needs.

Our adult support service run by Victim Support is looking for a customer service representative ๐ with excellent verbal communication skills to join the team.
The Triage and Early Intervention Officer will act as the first point of contact for individuals referred into the service providing resources, interventions, and information to clients and leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments to identify needs.
They will carry a caseload of clients who require immediate or short-term interventions and support while connecting those with longer term needs to additional support.
Experience of delivering a service and working directly with clients in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting is desirable as is knowledge of the criminal justice system and the impact of crime however, robust training will be given prior to working directly with clients.
This is a home-based, full-time role on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2027.
Please note, the role is only open to individuals residing in the Thames Valley โ Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes.
