Join neuroscientist and parenting coach Dr. Blanka Kellermayer for a practical talk on understanding child behaviour, especially regarding ADHD. She will explain the neuroscience of the ADHD brain in simple terms and share practical, brain-based tools to support emotional regulation, reduce daily battles, and bring more calm into family life. Free tickets required via Eventbrite or pop in the library to sign up!
