It's nearly 3 years now since The Black Bull starred in it's own little 'pre-Marston Moor' re-creation. I added a few photos to this page a while back, just to get them all in one place, with a view to closing the page altogether. However, it prompted a load of new 'views', and although no-one in Otley has yet shown any interest in promoting another skirmish, [although everyone who came thought the last one was wonderful!] it made me wonder whether I should at least try to arrange some sort of annual 'memorial' event of the pub being drunk dry.
