JOB OPPORTUNITY

All Things Fire & Security Ltd (Based in Ossett) are looking to employ a full or part time Junior office administrator to assist the current Senior Project Manager / PA to the Directors.

Duties to include:

• Answer and direct phone calls as required

• Organise and schedule appointments.

• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Develop and maintain a filing system (paper & electronic)

• General housekeeping duties (even the Directors do this)

We would be open to sending the right person to college to complete an administration apprenticeship.

Here’s a virtual tour of a part of our main office. This is a first attempt in a new way of carrying out surveys. I’ve always thought that if a picture says a thousand words, then a 3D render would be even better. (As long as it was quick and efficient, which this was).

Imagine during a project meeting that you can sit the lead installer down and go through the job in a way that they can visualise things very easily, there may be a way to identify issues missed on the survey or even come up with a few solutions before they even step foot on site.
