❤️❤️ Important Information ❤️❤️

Hey everyone, I know that some of you have been wondering what’s going on with Cloud9 Soft play so just wanted to update you all.

Since our amazing little nursery next door opened, it has grown with such speed that I have been needed to help out in there, even more so in the last few months. We’ve gradually had to reduce the days that we open soft play and now we’ve decided to temporarily close it on week days to prevent any more last minute closures.

Please don’t panic if you have a Party booked with us, these will all happily go ahead ❤️ and we very much look forward to celebrating those with you in the upcoming months. 🥳

In the new year, we are cutting back from Parties, a few have already been booked in, which will be graced but parties in 2025 will only be bookable for children who are registered to the nursery, the soft play will be exclusive to the nursery.

As a lot of you know, Cloud9 is literally my home and these steps have been carefully considered for the good of both businesses and all of those involved for quite some time now.
As always, we are forever grateful for everyone who walked in with a smile and enjoyed our lovely soft play and returned smiling more. 🥰
We will keep you updated with any future changes.
