Are you sending abroad this Christmas? Are you aware that the information needed on customs forms has changed?
As well as needing to list every item inside, with their individual weights you now need to add the country that they were made (can put UK if not known) and add HS tariff numbers (we can look up these up if you don't know them).

Help us to keep the queues down by filling in your custom forms before you arrive (just pop in and ask for some) or you can now fill in a form online (follow the link by using the QR code pictured or go on the Royal Mail website) and this will generate a QR code that you can bring into branch and we then print for you.

Royal Mail haven't issued any last posting dates for abroad this year so it is being recommended that you post before the end of the first week of December.
