It’s Know Your Numbers Week, the UK’s national blood pressure awareness campaign, and we’re encouraging everyone to take a few minutes to know their numbers.

Pop into Bramcote Leisure Centre anytime this week and use the free SISU Wellness health check machine.

In just 4–5 minutes, you can complete a free, medical-grade self-service health check, including your blood pressure, along with other key health measurements.

Congratulations to Ophelia who is our swimmer of the month for August! 🎉🥳

Ophelia always works really hard and listens well to her teacher. Her confidence has really grown and she is now moving into Stage 1 from Foundation at only 4 years old!

DROP IN FOR A FREE HEALTH CHECK ON MONDAY 7th SEPTEMBER 3:00pm - 5:00pm

To mark the start of 'Know Your Numbers Week', the national blood pressure awareness campaign, we are holding a free to attend, drop in event, at Bramcote Leisure Centre on Monday 7th September from 3pm - 5pm.

The session will provide free health checks led by LLeisure's Active Lifestyles team, Your Health Notts and the Nottingham West Primary Care Network (PCN).

The team will be alongside the 'SISU Health Machine', which carries out Biometric tests measuring your height, weight, BMI, blood pressure and body composition, plus a few lifestyle questionnaires. Essentially, it gives you a free 'medical grade' health check in 4-5 minutes.

There is no need to book in advance, you can just drop in for a self-serve check, with the team on hand to guide and support.

Simply pop in to Bramcote Leisure Centre and give it a go!

🌟 Feedback Friday 🌟

A big well done to Angela, who is now independently using the EGYM equipment in the Health Hub.

Thanks to her commitment to exercising at least three times a week, Angela has improved her strength and is finding everyday tasks much easier, including opening drawers at home.
