🐾 Animal of the Month: Kangaroo! 🦘

This month we’re hopping over to Australia to learn about the incredible kangaroo!
Kangaroos are amazing Australian animals known for their giant leaps and baby pouches. Here's what makes them so awesome:

➡️ They're the only large mammals that move around by hopping
➡️ They can jump up to 9 meters in a single leap
➡️ A newborn baby is called a joey and climbs into the mum’s pouch to continue growing
➡️ They can run as fast as a car – about 44 miles an hour
➡️ They have strong, large tails to help them balance
➡️ Kangaroos are social animals and love to hang out in groups called mobs
